Rabtek is committed to providing high-quality hosting services through our private servers. This Refund and Replacement Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or replacements may be requested for our hosting service, in compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).

This policy applies exclusively to the hosting service provided by Rabtek, which operates on our secure and private servers. It ensures customer rights while maintaining the integrity of our services.
✽ Eligibility for Refunds
- Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- If the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
- If the service is not delivered as promised.
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the service has not been activated (e.g., hosting setup has not been completed).
- Refunds will not be granted once the service has been activated or used, except in cases where Rabtek fails to deliver the promised service.
✽ Replacement Policy
- If technical issues originating from Rabtek’s private servers disrupt the hosting service, customers are entitled to one of the following options:An extension of the subscription period equal to the duration of the downtime.
- An extension of the subscription period equal to the duration of the downtime.
- Full replacement of the affected service at no additional cost.
✽ Refund Process
- To request a refund, customers must contact Rabtek’s support team at info@rabtek.net and provide their subscription details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
✽ Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Services that have been activated or used.
- Issues caused by customer-side misconfigurations or improper usage of the hosting service.
- Fees related to domain registration or third-party integrations.
✽ Hosting on Rabtek’s Private Servers
- The hosting service operates exclusively on Rabtek’s secure private servers, designed to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security.
- Customers acknowledge that the hosting environment is maintained and regulated by Rabtek in accordance with our internal policies and industry standards.
✽ Customer Consent
- By purchasing the hosting service, customers agree to waive their right to a refund once the service is activated and used.
- Customers also consent to the terms outlined in this policy during the subscription process.
✽ Amendments
Rabtek reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers in advance through appropriate channels.
