Senior Odoo Implementer – Real Estate

Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand real estate business requirements and processes.
- Configure and implement Odoo solutions according to client needs.
- Manage Odoo implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Configure and optimize modules related to Real Estate, Sales, CRM, Accounting, and Leasing.
- Conduct user training and provide functional support.
- Coordinate with developers to deliver required customizations and integrations.
- Prepare functional documentation and follow up on project progress.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Odoo Implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Real Estate Odoo implementations.
- Good understanding of real estate business processes, including Property Sales, Leasing, Contracts, and Property Management.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo configuration and functional workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage implementation tasks independently and work with cross-functional teams.

- Odoo certification or relevant professional certification.
- Experience with Odoo customization and integrations.
- Experience working with multiple Real Estate projects.
- Good understanding of Accounting and CRM processes in Odoo.
- Previous experience in project management or leading implementation teams.
