Client Field: Agribusiness and food processing industry, specializing in frozen and preserved foods, including IQF vegetables, fruits, and brine products, with a focus on agricultural exports.

Our Partnership with Deluxe

At Rabtek, we partnered with Deluxe to implement the Odoo ERP system, enabling them to streamline their operations and efficiently manage their growing business.

Rabtek tailored the Odoo ERP system to meet Deluxe Company's specific business needs by implementing the following modules:

  • Accounting: 

             -  Configured accounting functions: billing, expenses, and budgeting.

             -  Prepared financial statements, managed bank accounts, and monitored collections and payments.

             -  Integrated accounting data with other modules.

             -  Created a cash budget linked to controlling actual expenses.

  • Inventory: 

             -  Managed and tracked inventory with input/output operations.

             -  Monitored stock levels and implemented efficient inventory operations.

  • Sales: 

             -  Streamlined direct sales operations, issued invoices, tracked sales orders, and improved sales forecasts.

             -  Set up a CRM system for tracking potential customers, managing sales opportunities, and analyzing customer behavior.
